Exhibition title is associated with names of artists: Vija [Via] – way, road, route + Vēsma – wind, breeze = breeze for the road. Both artist paint with oil colors. Vija expresses herself by painting flowers, brīvas kompozīcijas. Halfshades, lightness, ease and feminity, that describes and makes her distinctive. Whereas Vēsma’s style is heavier. People, trees, flowers and landscapes in bright colors. Paintings base – canvas, doors made of aged wood.
